 ***Now hiring an Executive Assistant/Communications Coordinator***

Hardin County Water District No. 2 is now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant/Communications Coordinator.

Responsibilities for this position includes but is not limited to: monitoring social media, preparing and posting public and company communications, coordinating activities with local schools, coordinating public events, preparing presentations for internal and external communications, assisting General Manager by preparing meeting agendas and organizing meetings and events, maintaining paper and electronic files, preparing company newsletters, and collaborating with all departments to foster company-wide communications.

The ideal candidate should have great communication skills and experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Hardin County Water District No. 2 offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Hours will typically be 8:00 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm.
