Bill payment and account access:
You can access your account 24/7 through our online system. If you are a new customer please register your account. Once completed, you will be able to view your monthly invoice, check usage and payment history, and even set up automatic payments.
The District offers multiple ways to pay your bill. Our friendly Accounts Receivable Specialists are more than happy to assist you with your account needs in person at our office. You can also access your account online and pay with e-check or debit/credit card. We also offer pay-by-phone or by credit/debit card. Any debit/credit card or e-check transaction is charged a $2.50 processing fee, and applied to payments made online, in person, or via phone at 1.855.985.1101 or 270.737.1056 Option #4. Please have your account number available.
